The Lunchtime Murder Club

75 Years of Clue / Cluedo

New for this year, we are introducing a free lunchtime social club for people to enjoy a fun activity whilst also having a bite to eat. You can either bring a packed lunch or grab something from the Torre Abbey Cafe. Events will run between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

Jamie Bernthal-Hooker will give a fun and fascinating talk about the history of the popular board game, which was inspired by the books of Agatha Christie, and is 75 years old this year. People will then have the chance to play a game of Cluedo in our mini-championships.

Although the Lunchtime Murder Club is free, places will still need to be booked. We are planning to open bookings two weeks before the Festival, so people will have a better idea of their schedules and whether they can definitely make the events. Due to the nature of some of the activities, places may be limited.
