An open day in celebration of Agatha Christie

A welcome to the 2017 International Agatha Christie Festival at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, Churston Ferrers. The church’s East Window, designed by James Paterson and dedicated in 1957, was donated by Dame Agatha Christie Mallowan who attended the church during her stays at Greenway. Local historian John Risdon will provide an informal talk on the East Window, its design and Agatha Christie’s connection to the area. Throughout the church will be illustrations depicting scenes from its 900 years history.

A wonderful opportunity to festival goers to meet up at one of Agatha Christie’s beloved local sites.
