Re-imagining Torre Abbey and its collections of art and archaeology, interventions throughout the galleries alongside its permanent displays tracing the history of the Abbey and Torbay over the centuries builds a tapestry of connections to Agatha Christie’s work and influences. Including Torre Abbey’s first-ever display of its unique collection of William Blake’s final set of proofs of The Book of Job to new work by artists Cullinan Richards and the wearable sculptures of Esna Su, the early short films of Egyptian film-maker Ateyyat El-Abnoudy, an interactive evolving exhibition created by Encounters Arts and the performance installation of faulder-mawson & mawson-raffalt, come and explore fascinating connections across arts, archaeology, time and place.

The display also includes a selected exhibition of local and regional artists brought together by Artizan Gallery inspired by Agatha Christie’s 1946 memoir “Come, Tell Me How You Live”.
